The morning of my anniversary I ordered this online. The shop called me just to let me know that a particular type of flower normally included in the arrangement was not available because the stock they had received was below their standards. They would be replacing those flowers with ones of similar value that would look nice. I said that was fine. Truly, I felt that their level of customer service and professionalism was very refreshing. My wife received the flowers on the day I ordered them. NO issues with delivery whatsoever. She was VERY happy with the flower arrangement from this shop. She said "This is the best flower arrangement I've ever gotten in my life!" Extremely happy with Simply Fresh Flowers! I will definitely shop here again.

Very beautiful arrangement and thoughtful delivery. With the heat, they made a second delivery attempt instead of leaving flowers out in the heat.
